We do our best to display products, prices, and availability accurately, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change prices and availability at any time. Colors and images are illustrative.

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and may limit quantities or cancel orders we believe are fraudulent or in error.

SilentBite is a comfort and snore-reduction aid. It is not a treatment, cure, or diagnostic device for sleep apnea or any medical condition. Snoring can sometimes be a sign of a serious condition such as obstructive sleep apnea. If you snore loudly, gasp or stop breathing during sleep, or have any health concerns, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use. Do not use if you have loose teeth, dental work, gum disease, jaw (TMJ) problems, or are under orthodontic care without first consulting your dentist or doctor. Discontinue use and seek advice if you experience jaw pain, tooth movement, or discomfort. Nothing on our site is medical advice.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

All content on www.silentbite.com — including text, logos, graphics, and the SilentBite name — is owned by or licensed to Ecom Beavers LLC and may not be used without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ecom Beavers LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue. This does not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection laws.

Except as expressly stated, products are provided "as is." SilentBite comes with a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to your statutory consumer rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, it will be submitted to binding arbitration in Delaware.

We may update these Terms; the effective date reflects the latest version.
