60-Day money-back guarantee
You may request a refund within 60 days of your delivery date. If SilentBite isn't right for you, contact us and we'll guide you through the return.
How to start a return
Email support@silentbite.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (or your eligibility is confirmed), we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Hygiene note
Because SilentBite is an oral-care product, please follow the return instructions we provide regarding cleaning and packaging. Returns must comply with applicable hygiene and consumer-protection rules.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

- Items returned more than 60 days after delivery.

- Items returned without first contacting our support team.
Return shipping
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect, in which case we cover return shipping in full.
